The Cliff Lodge and Spa is a first-class hotel located in the Snowbird Ski area, twenty-five miles from downtown Salt Lake City. This "ski in-ski out" offers a complimentary shuttle to the Alta Ski Area, which is also connected to Snowbird by ski lifts. Guests at the Cliff Lodge and Spa have immediate access to what has called, "the greatest snow on Earth", on two legendary mountains. The hotel is only 8 miles up the canyon from the town of Sandy, which offers good options for shopping and dining.
The guest accommodations are spacious and offer a spectacular view of the canyon. As the name implies, the hotel is home to the famous Cliff spa. The hotel also has a great, rooftop pool and hot tubs complex. There's also an ice-skating rink, a tubing hill and adjacent night skiing.
